Buttonmi

Buttonmi takes its name from the idea of “Button Me” — an invitation to fasten, adjust and bring the piece to life. The gesture of buttoning is an essential part of the design: the jewellery comes into being through the interaction between the piece and the person wearing it.

The collection combines coloured silicone cord with sculptural silver elements that act as buttons, creating a distinctive system of wearing and adjusting the pieces close to the body. Rings, bracelets that can also be worn as necklaces, and necklaces with larger silver elements explore the relationship between form, function and movement.

Buttonmi is jewellery designed to be completed by the wearer — through a simple gesture that makes each piece their own.
